
Thomas H. Lonsdale, 90, of 903 S. Adams St., retired farmer and coal miner, died at 6:30 PM at his home after a prolonged illness. He lived in Peoria 25 years. Born Nov. 17, 1860, he was a son of Henry and Ann Lonsdale, and married Lillian Manville in 1884. She died some time ago. Mr Lonsdale had been active in Pottstown Methodist Church and was one of the congregation instrumental in building the new church some years ago.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Neva Middleton and Mrs. Charles Traynor, both of Peoria; five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Funeral services are set for 10 AM Friday at Cumerford-Endsley memorial home, and interment will be in Limestone Cemetery. Friends may call at the memorial home Thursday evening.
